Our Dubai studio is located in Souk Al Bahar Downtown, walking distance from the Dubai Mall and the Metro. The studio is a wonderful bright and airy workspace with a growing family of resident plants. It’s a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere with a young group of collaborative designers. The flexible work environment allows us to work where we feel we are most productive and comfortable. You’ll often find us in the shared space having discussions over a coffee about design ideas or strategizing on how to tackle the next project.
ASPECT Studios is seeking applications from talented mid-career (4+ yrs) Landscape Architects to join our Dubai team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting international projects and develop your professional practice alongside industry leading designers and mentors.
About You
Successful candidates will be confident and keen to contribute to a team environment. With an ability to work autonomously, candidates will also be collaborative, hard-working, and passionate about innovative landscape solutions. You’ll be keen to learn, try new things and grow your skills while contributing to an open, flexible and supportive workplace culture. You will be able to graphically produce exciting and fresh design ideas, as demonstrated within your portfolio of work.
We’re looking for landscape designers with:
–Degree qualification(s) in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design,
–3D software skills (advanced Rhino & Grasshopper capability is essential),
–Advanced design and documentation experience in CAD (AutoCAD or Vectorworks) and Lumion (required),
–Experience in preparing reports and presentations (advanced InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills),
–Beginner/intermediate REVIT proficiency will be highly regarded,
–Experience coordinating and interdisciplinary collaboration,
–Knowledge and understanding of design issues e.g. planning, planting and vegetation, and
–Current working rights (visa holders must have a minimum of 2 years working rights).
