Job ID: Group Administration Assitant - 19th September
As part of our global Executive team based in Melbourne, the Group Administration Assistant is a critical role enabling our most senior team to lead the practice. Taking day to day direction from the COO, the role will provide operational support and manage a variety of administrative duties and projects including our corporate travel program.

This role would suit an administrative assistant or coordinator looking to further develop and / or grow into an Executive Assistant role.
We’re looking for applicants with:
At least three years' experience working in an administrative role and have experience juggling multiple tasks. You are highly organised and have excellent time management skills.
You are pro-active, efficient and have an eye for detail. A natural problem solver whose communication skills, along with your ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.
You enjoy working closely with a variety of people, are naturally productive, with strong collaboration skills that complement your command of Microsoft Office applications – particularly Excel.
Working closely with our CEO and COO, offering administrative and operational support, you understand that as part of your role you have access to both complex and sensitive information and work situations and navigate this with the necessary skills and diplomacy to achieve effective outcomes for those involved. Although not essential, experience in a creative and/or project-based business working across multiple locations, as well as some experience supporting senior team members including Board members (directly or indirectly) will be highly regarded.

If you are interested in the role, but don’t feel you have all the experience we are looking for but have a positive can-do mindset and are aligned to our values, please apply. We’d love to hear from you.
