We have an opportunity for a passionate designer to join ASPECT Studios’ Integrated Transport Team to help deliver ambitious, city-shaping projects.
Our team is leading the design of public spaces for new urban transport systems across Sydney. Through our work, we resolve complex issues confronting our built and natural environments and advocate for sustainable transport solutions that shape great cities and places.
We have an exciting pipeline of transport projects, including metro, light rail, and walking and cycling, as well as town centre and street design projects. This role will place you in a unique position to improve people’s daily lives and their connection to our city, nature, and each other.

You will have a collaborative outlook and a passion for the positive outcomes that sustainable and city-shaping transport systems can deliver. You’ll be hard-working, solutions-focussed, and able to work with people across numerous disciplines. You will play an influential role in the management and delivery of projects, as well as supporting and growing the capabilities of our team and contributing to the growth of our cities and integrated transport portfolio.
We’re looking for applicants with:
–5+ years of relevant industry experience,
–Ability to lead and manage concept design, design development, project delivery, and client liaison,
–A keen interest in public and active transport projects, research, and advocacy,
–Documentation experience in CAD e.g., Vectorworks (preferred) or AutoCAD,
–3D software knowledge utilizing Revit (preferred), Sketch-up, or Rhino, and
–Demonstrated strength in design and communication.
