The Role
The Senior Bids Coordinator is a role central to the success of the Sydney studio, working side-by-side with our Senior Studio Manager and studio leaders. This role is operational in nature and will provide broader exposure to strategic commercial elements of an industry leading design studio.
The Senior Bids Coordinator will be responsible for the development, preparation, and coordination of all EOIs, fee proposals, submissions, and tender applications in conjunction with senior staff, the Senior Studio Manager, and Studio Directors.
Key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing requests for proposals and managing the assessment process,
Developing the scope, programming, and required resourcing and inputs from both internal and external stakeholders,
Managing internal stakeholder contributions,
Managing requests and inputs process with external stakeholders, and
Collating required submission materials to meet the clients’ requirements.
This position will be functionally supported both at a local level and by a Global Executive team with expertise in Financial Management, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing.

At your core, you are a highly collaborative individual that brings a creative energy and client focus to our team. You have strong graphic design skills and can confidently liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be someone who:
Is highly organised with an ability to manage concurrent submissions,
Has a good graphic design eye and experience in using InDesign or similar layout software,
Is detail oriented, willing to learn and ask questions, and able to deliver efficiently on multiple deadlines and projects due to your strong time management skills,
Communicates effectively through a range of mediums with a diverse range of stakeholders, and
Understands marketing, graphics, and branding in a business context.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within a similar built environment design company. Previous experience working within a deadline driven or creative project-based business will be highly regarded.
