Associate

We are seeking applications from motivated, innovative Landscape Architects operating at a senior level that can demonstrate exceptional project leadership and delivery. With all roles based in the Dubai studio in a permanent full-time capacity, our ideal candidates will be able to hit the ground running and contribute specialist design and project management skills to a growing team.

Successful candidates will be degree qualified with at least 6+ years post graduate experience in design, as well as the ability to implement and lead multiple complex, large scale projects to successful completion. They will be responsible for overseeing project outputs and deliverables, including monitoring design outputs and the development of client relationships.

All ASPECT designers deliver projects to the highest standard. Candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate good design thinking process through their portfolio of work. You will be comfortable adapting and working in a fast-paced environment, whilst actively engaging with and contributing to a collaborative and team-based Studio culture. For the successful candidates, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global organisation on exciting projects in the MENA region and become key members of our growing Dubai studio.
