We are seeking experienced Associate or Senior Associate level Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, Architects, Engineers, or Construction Managers to join our Melbourne team.
If you have experience working on transport related, city-shaping projects, are passionate about delivering meaningful community infrastructure and public space, and the supervision and/or administration of major civil and landscape construction works, we would love to hear from you.

ASPECT Studios ventured into city shaping, sustainable, public, and active transport projects several years go. The Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project was one of the first in Australia to deliver significant local community benefits.

About You
You’ll be hard-working, solutions-focussed, and able to work with people across numerous disciplines. You will play an influential role in stewarding the design, management, and delivery of projects, focused on the construction supervision of our integrated transport portfolio.
You will perform a construction management role, demonstrating a keen interest in quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards. You will work collaboratively with the project teams to review shop drawings, inspect construction progress, and manage RFI’s to ensure projects are delivered with design integrity and excellence, adhering to budget and time constraints.
You are a strong facilitator of design and can translate ideas and communicate with key stakeholders to uphold the integrity of our design pursuits in a commercial project environment.
We’re looking for applicants with:
–8+ years of relevant major project construction and/or infrastructure experience,
–A keen interest in public and active transport projects,
–A strong understanding of infrastructure design and construction process (including alliances),
–Outstanding communication and relationship building skills,
–Time management, planning and organisation skills, with strong attention to detail,
–Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, TeamBinder, Aconex, ProjectWise, and SharePoint.
–[JO1] [NP2] [RG3] Certification in Rail Industry Workers (RIW) is advantageous.
