–Initiate, design and lead digital and physical infrastructure projects, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance;
–Monitor the health of our technology stack, ensuring operability whilst mitigating cybersecurity risk;
–Lead the Level 3 support, architecture, design and security of our key infrastructure across our Servers, Cloud, Network and Storage technologies;
–Perform backup administration, ensuring safe storage and retrieval of data from backup and DR solutions;
–Provide support for incidents and service requests raised within the ticketing system, as required;
–Produce regular reports and documentation on technology health, security, compliance and operations;
–Understand the business, our data and how it’s structured, bridging the gap between IT and the wider practice.
