The Studio BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM activities and standards within the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Studio. This role will work closely with local project teams and the Regional BIM Manager support and improve project workflows, deliverables, and project management, facilitating consistent inter-studio work with design leaders in other studio locations.
Responsibilities include:
–Develop and implement BIM strategies, workflows and standards in collaboration with the wider ASPECT BIM team
–Provide technical expertise and training to project teams on BIM software
–Ensure BIM projects are delivered to a high standard and meet client requirements
–Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in BIM
About You
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced BIM specialists with strong creative vision and a passion for landscape design and architectural documentation/ multidisciplinary coordination experience. With at least 5 years in specialist BIM role in a design practice, you will possess excellent technical knowledge, as well as strength in communication, project management and collaboration.
You will be a subject matter expert in the application of BIM and other design technologies, and keen to transfer your knowledge to others through teaching and coaching. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and proactive, flexible and creative, with high attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
You will have a service orientation, with a team and client focus. You are highly collaborative with excellent communications and interpersonal skills and experience coaching and mentoring others.
