Quan Nguyen
Studio Director
Quan Nguyen is a Studio Director at ASPECT Studios in Ho Chi Minh City. He helps to lead the development of ASPECT’s work in Vietnam, making use of his passion for collaboration and his breadth of experience in international design to produce high-quality projects with a local touch.
A registered architect, Quan was previously a leader of the global planning and landscape team at B+H Architects in Vietnam. He has worked on landscape architecture and master planning projects of all scales at sites around the world.
Otherwise, Quan is a visiting lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City’s International University School of Civil Engineering. Originally a civil engineering student himself, this work is an opportunity for Quan to share his knowledge and experience working abroad with the next generation of Vietnamese city-makers.
As a leader, Quan emphasizes the importance of work-life balance. An avid outdoorsman, he engages in marathons, trail running and camping.
His Swiss army knife collection, sourced during his travels around the world, comprises more than 300 pieces.
