Wynyard Walk is a key rail infrastructure project for New South Wales which unlocks substantial potential for the inner city rail network to expand due to predicted demand.
The project provides a world class, fully accessible pedestrian link between Wynyard Station and Barangaroo, delivering increased pedestrian connectivity and accommodating an expected 20,000 people per hour during peak periods. Central to the project is the creation of the new public space for Sydney at the corner of Napoleon and Kent streets.

The new public space resolves the twin briefs of facilitating movement whilst creating a destination which integrates site specific public art, seating and planting.
