Lenae’s focus as ASPECT’s Human Resources Manager is predominantly on our people and their success. She works with her team to operationalise the people and capability strategy and has ownership and oversight of employment related areas that present with the greatest risk.
She works to ensure ASPECT’s people processes and initiatives are assessed for suitability and global implementation in new locations. Other areas of responsibility include talent and performance management, recruitment and retention, cross studio collaboration, wellbeing and board endorsed P&C projects.
Lenae has a deep interest in people dynamics and assisting managers to become effective people leaders. She is passionate about seeing people grow, develop and succeed in their roles. She is dedicated to the current and future business success of ASPECT Studios and its employees around the world.
