Closed for almost 15 years, the former Botanix Lifestyle Garden Centre at Wellington Point in Brisbane held a special place in the hearts of the community.

The development of the Botanix Master Plan has been guided by a set of values informed by the ideas and aspirations of the Redlands Coast community, which were compiled through extensive community engagement. These values emphasised the importance of providing an authentic community, improving access to nature, and the provision of accessible shared spaces.
A key feature of the design outcome is the retention of the existing built form structure which housed the retain nursery. Its reimagination will be the centerpiece for the Botanix Common - a community public space flanked by vibrant retail.
