This sensitive redevelopment of a pair of historic sandstone offices in saw ASPECT Studios rejuvenate a neglected part of the central Sydney streetscape and breathe life into the internal spaces of the heritage buildings.

The reworked public realm creates a new arrival experience suitable for the luxury hotel that now occupies the buildings, while also seizing the opportunity to activate and expand an underutilised public plaza.
Verdant planting and fixed seating and lighting are among the additions that have re-established Farrer Place as a destination, rather than a thoroughfare.
