Nancy has over 30 years’ experience in capital markets, infrastructure, investments, insurance and risk management in the US, Australia and Asia. She is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director of ASPECT Studios, Perpetual Ltd (ASX:PPT), ING Bank Australia, and Lawcover. She is also Chairman of Perpetual Equity Investment Company (ASX:PIC) and Director, and Chairman of Mission Australia Housing, Mission Australia Housing Tasmania, and Mission Australia Housing Victoria.
Nancy is passionate about creating sustainable places, and aligned with ASPECT Studio’s purpose, she strongly believes in the relationship between the human and natural environments. She has a wealth of experience as a Non-Executive Director, is allied to the practice’s global thinking and has played a significant role in developing and leading successful businesses.
A lawyer by training, she led Ambac Assurance from 2001 to 2011, and was previously Managing Director of ABN Amro Australia and Vice President of Citibank Ltd in Sydney and Tokyo.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
