As the Regional Studio Manager, Veronica provides high level studio management support to ASPECT’s local and international studios.
With a strong background in financial management services, she provides Studio Directors with advice, analysis and support in managing overall operations of the studios and their projects including forecasts, project performance and planning.

She is a motivated and detail orientated individual with an appreciation for understanding all elements of the design process allowing her to support stakeholders with the necessary tools to ensure accuracy and execution against projects to guarantee positive outcomes.
Veronica is a key contributor to the growth of our studios by improving and maintaining operational processes in accordance with the one studio approach. Through her role she communicates and interacts with all organisational levels which provides her with a unique opportunity to drive and implement studio wide strategic outcomes.
