Matthew Chen

Matthew is an Associate for ASPECT Studios in Sydney. His diverse talents and depth of experience help him to lead the direction of a wide range of projects.

Working across a spectrum of landscape typologies, including public domain, infrastructure, urban waterfront spaces and scenic tourism developments, Matthew creates friendly and livable places for people. As a designer, he is focused on meeting the challenges of the future city, and ensuring urban environments foster happiness, health and well-being.

Throughout his professional career he has played a significant role in both Australian and Chinese projects. He has been responsible for the production and coordination of foreshore parklands and major infrastructure projects.
