This major master plan project will connect Chengdu’s green belt to its urban core, with an environmentally sensitive landscape and urban design by ASPECT Studios.
Located between the first and second ring roads and flanked by planned and existing parks, the landscape plan evokes the woodland history of the site and collects both a dynamic business precinct and a multi-dimensional landscape in a single experience.

The commercial buildings, designed by Aedas, are designed with the intent to activate the parks and draw visitors from the city to these green spaces. Located within a high-density, transit-oriented development area with a subway station close by, this aspiration is well supported in terms of connectivity.
