Kay Veitch
Non-Executive Director
Kay is an experienced board director with more than 25 years executive leadership across a variety of commercial organisations. Having held executive roles in high-profile, ASX-listed businesses including Qantas Airways and GWA Group, she understands exactly what it takes to manage diverse interests and put successful growth strategies in place.
Kay has held Non-Executive Director roles with CARE Australia and Keep Australia Beautiful NSW and is currently a Non-Executive Director with GNS Ltd, Evolve Housing, and Greater Sydney Local Land Services and an independent member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Kay’s organisational experience, along with her background in communications and work with Remuneration and Benefit Committees, enables her to solve some of the most challenging people problems within businesses, always with an eye to protecting the bottom line.
As an active Board member of ASPECT Studios, she is often called upon to shape strategies during times of change. Kay works through complexities that are frequently competing or conflicting and offers significant senior-level expert advice.
