Our London studio is excited to be part of a shortlisted team in a competition to reimagine the Clapham Bridge underpass in London.

Working alongside Makower Architects, Velocity Transport Planning and Light Follows Behaviour, ASPECT contributed public realm, wayfinding and experience-design thinking to a concept that elevates safety, legibility and identity in this important urban gateway.

Organised by the Clapham Society and This Is Clapham BID, the competition seeks to reimagine the railway bridge over Clapham High Street as a bold, welcoming urban gateway that celebrates Clapham’s identity and heritage.

With the team now moving into the next stage, we’re developing the detail of our proposal to create a more welcoming, connected and people-focused underpass that reflects the character and energy of Clapham.
