The Melbourne studio

The Melbourne studio is located in the heart of the CBD, immersed in the city's laneways, culture and public life. Housed within a modernist tower with natural light on three sides, the studio is filled with planting and overlooks Melbourne's central laneway network. We think of it as a modernist greenhouse, bringing together people, plants and a deep connection to Country. Our team brings together landscape architects, architects, urbanists, graphic designers and wayfinding specialists who share a commitment to creating places that are environmentally regenerative, culturally meaningful and socially inclusive. Across the studio, our people contribute expertise in Regenerative Design, living architecture, First Peoples' partnerships, biocultural design, transport, placemaking, digital design and BIM, while working collaboratively across disciplines and locations. From Melbourne, we lead and contribute to projects across Australia and internationally. Collaboration sits at the centre of our design process, with ideas shaped collectively and every team member encouraged to contribute. Our diverse perspectives strengthen our work, helping us continually respond to the evolving challenges and opportunities facing our cities, landscapes and communities.
