Historic Dixon’s Tannery to become green residential precinct

Our Brisbane studio is excited to be working with McNab, Cottee Parker and Tom Mark Henry to create a regenerative, wellness-focused residential precinct in Brisbane.

The project, which has now won planning approval, will involve the adaptive reuse of the historic Dixon’s Tannery as a green, amenity-rich precinct. We look forward to sharing more about this project as it develops.
