Perry Park & Boot Factory both shortlisted in NSW AIA Awards

It's great to see two projects we've collaborated on recognised in the 2025 NSW Architecture Awards shortlist.

Boot Factory and Mill Hill Centre Precinct by Archer Office with Matt Devine & Co and ASPECT Studios are shortlisted in the Interior and Sustainable categories.

ASPECT Studios led the design of the courtyard within the historic building. The project’s thoughtful blend of history and innovation breathes new life into an iconic part of Bondi’s heritage.

Elsewhere, Scale Architecture has been recognised for their design of the pavilion at Perry Park.

ASPECT Studios led the team behind the overall park design. Our shared commitment to high-quality public spaces and recreation facilities is on display in the pavilion.
