Date: Jul 02, 2023
Category: Completed projects
Once an isolated business park on the fringe of central Sydney, South Eveleigh is now home to a suite of reinvigorated public spaces. ASPECT Studios led the transformation of the precinct with environmental, social, and economic sustainability in mind, and the result is a generous expansion of the city that bustles with activity.

Core to the design intent was creating a high street on Locomotive Street, activated on the southern side by foyer entries with a range of hospitality businesses that take advantage of the scale of the former Locomotive row sheds. This distinctive approach has created a popular recreation space that encourages residents, visitors, and families to bring renewed energy to the working development.
