Sustainable precinct on the way for Sydney’s Northwest

We are excited to be working on the landscape design for developers Mulpha, alongside architects Bates Smart and Smart Design Studio, as well as Terroir and Finding Infinity. The creation of an extensive green village will transform over 3.8ha of greenfield land into a carbon neutral hub for more than 2000 residents.

Mulpha’s promised goal is to deliver a zero carbon precinct that uses renewable energy, has a low environmental impact and builds a sustainable, healthy community.

This aligns perfectly with our ethos and purpose and we look forward to working together with Mulpha and all collaborators on a mission to create more sustainable precincts in our cities.
