Hailing from Lisbon, Portugal, Miguel has guided projects, teams, clients and communities to vibrant, and more resilient outcomes. With nine years of industry experience, he has lead the design, managed and delivered high profile projects, including, some of Sydney’s highest profile cultural landmarks.
Currently he is delivering the iconic New Sydney Fish Markets, the UNSW Health Translation Hub and Sydney’s New Children Hospital.
Miguel’s architectural background has sharpened his attention to detail, driven his pursuit for design excellence, and has given him an opportunity to obtain extensive experience in the delivery of projects from design competitions through to construction. With a flair for landscape architecture and the natural environment, he is highly passionate about good design, the interpretation of the Australian Landscape and its coexistence with People, Cultures, Architecture and Cities.
