The construction of a timber boardwalk and path along Jacobson’s Outlook park was designed in conjunction with Strathbogie Shire Council. This is now a key feature of the town, providing much needed access to the lake. Local stone and Indigenous plants were used throughout the park upgrades to create a strong local character.

In addition, the upgrade of Buckley Park lakeside park and car park involved local artists in the creation of a mural.

ASPECT Studios have contributed to the rejuvenation of Nagambie by delivering a series of collaborative design projects. With its identity built on Nagambie lake, this central Victorian town is known for its enthusiasm for rowing, its charming main street, wineries and horse breeding.

Projects involve the local community, with the aim to improve and enliven public spaces such as parks, reserves and playgrounds, and improve facilities – of car parks, amenities and centres. Initiatives include a landscape concept of a pedestrian link path around the southern side of the lake and the redevelopment of the main street.
