Each courtyard has a different orientation and use. The character of the garden spaces range from purely scenographic to ceremonial. High quality stones (limestone, onyx and sandstone), custom details and distinctive planting define the character of this seaside residence.

ASPECT Studios was commissioned to design this high quality residential development through winning a limited design competition. The design marries two existing residences into a single residence. Materials, plant selection, and construction detailing resolves level changes and creates a consistent language between the two houses.
The design is composed of a series of discreet courtyards, linked by a large, usable turf area that spans the two residences.
