It was a big night for the team who worked on Heritage Lanes, 80 Ann Street, with the development collecting several accolades at the 2023 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland awards.
ASPECT Studios was delighted to see the project receive Project of the Year, alongside top honours in the following categories: Sustainability, Urban Renewal, and Retail Commercial and Industrial.
It’s a fantastic result and we extend our congratulations to everyone who worked on the project and all our collaborators including Mirvac and Woods Bagot.
