ASPECT Studios will revitalise Brisbane’s Capalaba with a new town centre that will incorporate a commercial precinct, new civic centres, and a green public realm that connects restaurants and retail.
The result will be a bustling destination that is active throughout the day and into the evening.
We are looking forward to working once again with Shayher Group, with whom we previously collaborated on the highly successful Pentridge Piazza in Melbourne, and with Redland City Council in partnership with the Redland Investment Corporation, along with Cox Architecture and Arkhefield, to create a vibrant, connective public space.
