Tiny Walk – South Eveleigh
The Sydney studio regularly hosts an intimate in-studio knowledge-sharing session called Tiny Talks. Topics vary from discussing new technologies in the built environment industry, horticultural knowledge, cultural insights, and recent (inspiring) holidays.
For this recent Tiny Talk, we took a different approach and took the presentation outdoors at one of our project sites. “Tiny Walk” had its first inaugural session at the award-winning South Eveleigh Precinct.
Ten years in the making, South Eveleigh was once an isolated business park, and is now a bustling workplace/wellness/social/technology precinct full of life.
Project leaders Natalie Bernuetz and Luna Tran guided the Sydney team around the whole precinct highlighting technical and material details, the process involved in its design, and the collaboration across multiple disciplines that led to its success.
It was inspiring for us to hear from the leaders how they worked through the project stages and addressed the complex challenges that come with such a large project to deliver a brand-new precinct loved by locals and workers alike.
After the success of our first Tiny Walk, we will be planning the next one soon!
